1. Reservation and Payment
Your booking request will be reviewed by our staff.
A confirmation email and payment instructions will be sent to you within 3 business days.
Your reservation will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods stated in the confirmation email.
2. Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 90 days before departure: Only the payment processing fee
89–60 days before departure: 10% of the total tour price
59–30 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
29–21 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
20–11 days before departure: 80% of the total tour price
10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price
3. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives when possible.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance to cover accidents, illness, theft, and trip cancellations.
We are not responsible for any expenses arising from such incidents.
5. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the tour.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the tour activities for safety reasons.
6. Liability
While we take the utmost care in organizing the tour, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless caused by our negligence.
7. Use of Photos and Videos
Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
